David Archuleta Crush

This is probably David Archuleta's best performance of his hit single crush. I really love the flower concept (the thing that he's in a flower store). I like this song before and I am so tired repeating the official music video of crush over and over again in youtube, now, there's a new music video type for my favorite song of David and I love it. The idea of the video, that the whole story just revolves around the flower shop, was a very good idea (I don't know why... LOL).

Top 25 fittest and fattest cities in the U.S.

by FatFighterTV, on Thu Jan 15, 2009 11:32am PST

Sure, obesity is a problem in this country, but when you think fat, you probably don't think Miami. So you may be surprised to find Men's Fitness magazine ranks Miami as the nation's fattest city in its annual survey. The fittest? Salt Lake City.

So what about the South Beach Diet... and all those buff bodies you always see in the ocean-side metropolis? Even though Miami has a high number of health-food stores per capita,
Men's Fitness found it also has nearly three times the fast-food restaurants as the average city. And while there are 79 percent more gyms and health clubs than average, residents are less likely to regularly use their memberships. Not many residents take advantage of outdoor activities, either.

On the other end of the spectrum... Salt Lake City got top marks for being the fittest city because of its abundance of park space, athletically motivated residents, and below- average obesity rates. It ranks highest in the survey in the number of people who take part in activities like beach volleyball, racquetball, aerobics, hiking, basketball, yoga, tai chi, swimming, cycling, running, and kickboxing.

Windows Vista (Product) Red

Windows and Dell have joined (RED) to help eliminate AIDS in Africa. When you buy a Dell (PRODUCT) RED PC with Windows Vista Ultimate (PRODUCT) RED, Windows and Dell will jointly contribute $50 or $80, depending on the product, to The Global Fund. With Windows Vista Ultimate (PRODUCT) RED, these aren’t just the ultimate PCs, they’re a powerful way to improve lives.

Every day, hundreds of millions of people use Windows to bring their passions to life. Changing the world inspires all of us who work on Windows, and it’s at the core of our mission to help people do amazing things using the power of software. And when people do amazing things, they can change the world.

(PRODUCT) RED is an innovative and sustainable way businesses and consumers can work together to change the world. Working with (RED), companies create special versions of their products with the (PRODUCT) RED brand. When you buy (PRODUCT) RED, a portion of the profits goes directly to The Global Fund to help eliminate AIDS in Africa. There’s no extra cost to you.

(RED) reflects our values and is a perfect fit with our belief in the power and potential of the individual. Windows is proud to work with Dell and (RED) to help eliminate AIDS in Africa.

Now your choice of a PC can help change the world.

You can help make the Lazarus Effect come to life. Your choice of a Dell (PRODUCT) RED PC could provide more than six months of antiretroviral medication for someone living with AIDS in Africa.

Windows ReadyBoost: The Easy Way

Adding system memory or RAM is often the most excellent way to improve a PC's routine, since more memory means more applications are set to run without accessing the hard drive. However, improving the memory can be hard and expensive, and some machines have restricted memory expansion capabilities, making it unattainable to add RAM.

Windows Vista introduces Windows ReadyBoost, a new model in adding memory to a system. You can use non-volatile flash memory, such as that on a universal serial bus (USB) flash drive, to perk up performance without having to add additional memory "under the hood."

The flash memory device serves as an additional memory cache—that is, memory that the computer can access much more quickly than it can access data on the hard drive. Windows ReadyBoost relies on the intelligent memory management of Windows SuperFetch and can significantly improve system responsiveness.

It's easy to use Windows ReadyBoost. When a removable memory device such as a USB flash drive or a secure digital (SD) memory card is first inserted into a port, Windows Vista checks to see if its performance is fast enough to work with Windows ReadyBoost. If so, you are asked if you want to use this device to speed up system performance. You can choose to allocate part of a USB drive's memory to speed up performance and use the remainder to store files.

New 3 planets to be added in our solar system?

They said that there will be new planets to be added in our solar system. One planet to be added is a rocky planet, Ceres (probably a spherical asteroid) that lies in the Kuiper Belt, a group of asteroids that lie between the orbit of Mars and Jupiter. Another planet to be added is the forgotten Pluto but this time, its large moon (Charon) is included. And the last planet that is possible to be added in our solar system is the unnamed planet that is father than Pluto’s orbit.
